Refund policy

We value customer satisfaction and quality with every purchase. Refunds or returns will only be accepted under the conditions below.

Eligible for Refund/Return

  • Item received damaged or defective
  • Item different from what was ordered

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

Not Eligible for Refund/Return

  • Minor flaws or small variations that are already stated in the product description
  • Slight imperfections that do not affect the overall look or function
  • Customers who are extremely flaw-conscious — if you want absolute perfection, please do not purchase

All items are custom and slight variations are normal.

Refund Process & Shipping Terms

  • Once the return is approved, customers must ship the item back at their own expense
  • Item must be returned in unused, good condition with proof provided before shipping
  • After we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be issued in full
  • If the item is returned used, damaged, or altered, refunds will not be issued

However, if a buyer communicates in an aggressive, disrespectful, or threatening manner, we reserve the right to:
