We value customer satisfaction and quality with every purchase. Refunds or returns will only be accepted under the conditions below.
Eligible for Refund/Return
- Item received damaged or defective
- Item different from what was ordered
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Not Eligible for Refund/Return
- Minor flaws or small variations that are already stated in the product description
- Slight imperfections that do not affect the overall look or function
- Customers who are extremely flaw-conscious — if you want absolute perfection, please do not purchase
All items are custom and slight variations are normal.
Refund Process & Shipping Terms
- Once the return is approved, customers must ship the item back at their own expense
- Item must be returned in unused, good condition with proof provided before shipping
- After we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be issued in full
- If the item is returned used, damaged, or altered, refunds will not be issued
